This script reads your server logs and return the number of unique visitors and/or total hits. For most, you could display a message similar to the one below. The script also allows incrementing of hit totals for those whose logs are reset periodically. Because server logs are eventually reset, being able to carry over total hits from period to period will keep the displayed totals on your pages ever rising. |
